  • Michelle Griffith

Hello! My name is Michelle Griffith and I have been living in New Orleans for 3 years. I moved to New Orleans from Lafayette with my husband Steven in 2012. I absolutely love this city. New Orleans' unique culture of music, food and family has made living here a truly amazing experience. I graduated from LSU in 2008 with a Dietetics degree but went into teaching Special Education for 6 years. I absolutely love working with children. I had my son Everett in November of 2013 and decided to stay home. It was definitely a life changing experience and I was trying hard to adjust to my new life as a stay at home mom. I was desperate to find something to do where I could meet new moms while still involving my son and a friend suggested Baby Boot Camp. I looked into it and started taking classes over the summer in 2014. I loved it. It gave me a chance to socialize with other moms and get a great workout! It also gave my son an opportunity to interact with other kids. Baby Boot Camp has become a part of our everyday life that we both enjoy. I became an instructor and owner in June of 2015. I hope to help other moms as Boot Camp has helped me adapt to my new life and my new body.

Michelle currently holds certifications in AFAA Group Fitness, Red Cross First Aid/AED/CPR and Baby Boot Camp Instruction

Hi! I’m Brooke Rhodes. My family just relocated to New Orleans from Baton Rouge where I was a member of Baby Boot Camp for 3 years. Shortly after becoming a member, I became an instructor and have enjoyed every minute of it. I am married to Brent and we have 2 children: Emmeline (3.5 years) and John Brent (12 months). I’m looking forward to teaching classes in New Orleans and getting to know each of you!
  • Danielle Bellina

Hi! My name is Danielle Bellina and I was born and raised in the great city of New Orleans. I graduated from Louisiana State University in 2010 with a B.S. in Kinesiology. I worked in various health clubs performing one-on-one personal training as well as group classes while I attended graduate school for occupational therapy. Now I work as a pediatric occupational therapist in the school system, which is why you don’t see me at your usual morning workouts! I have been married for 6 years to my husband Rory, and we have two children, Jackson (4) and Lila (1). I am so excited to help you meet your fitness goals as well as be an active part of the Baby Boot Camp community.

Danielle currently holds certifications with Red Cross First Aid/AED/CPR.

  • Tracy Pena

Hi Baby Boot Camp Mommas, I'm Tracy Pena and excited to begin leading you all through Baby Boot Camp. I started working out consistently through my gym membership with 24 Hour Fitness in Texas and California. My favorite classes were Hi/Lo Impact Cardio, Step Aerobics, Cycle, Turbo Kick, Body Pump, and Yoga. I've also taken some Barre classes and my favorite overall strength training/cardio work has been through the Tone It Up girls online. I have participated in many 5K runs and since moving to New Orleans, have completed 2 Rock n Roll Half Marathons! Quite an accomplishment since running is my least favorite activity. After having my first born, Violet, I was so lucky to have Baby Boot Camp fall into my lap through my friend Maggie. It's been an amazing experience to be able to workout with my little ones and build upon the camaraderie we have with each other. I'm looking forward to the learning and growth I will have in this new role! See you and your beautiful babies soon in the park!
